The Michigan Historical Reviewis packed with the latest findings of Michigan researchers on a wide range of topics and contains detailed reviews of recently published Michigan history books. HSM took over publication of the journal with the Fall 2021 issue; before that, the journal was published by Central Michigan University Press.
